For the successful implementation of our health and safety policy we:

▪ maintain occupational safety and health of all personnel by means of preventive measures aimed at avoiding injuries and health deterioration;

▪ comply with international and local occupational health and safety laws, rules and regulations, as well as with the ones established within our company and approved by our clients;

▪ follow the state-of-the-art health and safety procedures, approaches and methods in the course of the projects execution in order to achieve and maintain the occupational safety level to the highest world standards;

▪ prioritise activities focused on the prevention of hazardous impact on personnel including prevention of injuries and health deterioration;

▪ assume responsibility for the damage to personnel health;

▪ solve health and safety issues based on the up-to-date risk and damage analysis methods on a regular and integrated basis;

▪ always ready to prevent and successfully eliminate any consequences of accidents, incidents hazards and emergencies;

▪ continuously improve health and safety instruction and training techniques, upgrade personnel knowledge and awareness in labour protection, occupational health and safety;

▪ use advanced personal and collective protective equipment;

▪ ensure availability of health and safety information, provide for efficient public relations.

Our Mission is to achieve continuous improvement with respect to environmental protection, preservation of natural resources and pollution prevention.

Our Goal is to increase the effectiveness of using non-renewable natural resources and energy sources as well as to engage all personnel in the activities related to reduction of eco-risks, enhancement of environmental managements system and environmental protection performance factors.

For the successful implementation of the environmental protection policy we:

▪ sustainably develop the principles of the most rational use of natural resources and preservation of the favourable environment for future generations;

▪ comply with all the international and local rules and regulations related to environment protection;

▪ ensure preservation of resources, reduction of negative impact on environment and compensation of damage thereto;

▪ continuously improve both the Company’s environmental protection activity and management system;

▪ prevent pollution which means that the priority is given to the preventive actions to avoid negative impact on environment rather than the actions aimed at fighting the consequences of such impact;
